Privacy Policy
Short version. This site has one form. If you fill it in, we get an email. We do not sell anything about you, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use analytics that track you across other sites. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the IP address of your request.
3. What we do not collect
We do not take payment on this site, so we never see your card details. We do not ask for and do not want confidential business information in the form. Please do not put any in it.
4. Who we share it with
- Mailgun, our email provider, which delivers the notification to us.
- Our hosting provider, which operates the server the site runs on.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
That is the complete list. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about an engagement, and for 24 months afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed. Server logs are kept for 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
6. How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on a server we control, with access restricted to the operator. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@thechrisburns.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
8. Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top.
